This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how X Enterprises, LLC ("X Enterprises," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information on https://brainstormsdeepsleep.com (the "Site"). Brainstorms Deep Sleep is a DBA of X Enterprises, LLC, 18122 3rd Dr SE, Bothell, WA 98012.
The Site is a free wellness and sleep-media Site with product merchandising. It does not offer user accounts, paid subscriptions, or a live SaaS product. As of 26 September 2026, `/products` shows Coming Soon messaging and there is no live checkout on this host. This Policy covers this Site only.
By using the Site, you agree that information will be handled as described in this Policy. Use of the Site is also subject to the Terms of Use (/legal/terms-of-use) and the Cookie Policy (/legal/cookie-policy). Sleep and wellness browsing may involve consumer health data themes; see also the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (/legal/consumer-health-data). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

This Notice at Collection applies to California residents and supplements the rest of this Policy.
Categories we may collect on this Site: identifiers (such as name, email address, IP address, and device or browser information); internet or other electronic activity information (such as pages viewed and interactions with sleep or wellness content, collected through cookies and similar technologies when allowed); and commercial information only if you later complete a purchase when checkout exists (none live today).
Purposes: operate and secure the Site; respond to contact and newsletter messages when we respond; honor cookie-consent choices; measure Site use with analytics only after Analytics consent; comply with law.
Whether we sell or share. We do not sell personal information. To the extent analytics or advertising cookies are considered "sharing" or targeted advertising under the CCPA/CPRA, you can refuse them through our cookie consent tool, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required.
Retention. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or overwrite it in the ordinary course, subject to legal holds.
Sensitive personal information. This Site does not ask for account passwords, precise geolocation, or medical records. If you include health details in a message you send us, we use that information only to understand and (if we respond) reply to your request, and for security and legal compliance.

What we collect
We collect only what this Site actually takes in.
Information you send us
If you email hello@brainstormsdeepsleep.com or submit the public contact form at /contact, we receive the fields you provide. The live form asks for:
- name;
- email address;
- subject; and
- your message.
The Site may also offer an email newsletter field ("Enter your email"). If you submit it, we receive that email address for marketing or updates about Brainstorms Deep Sleep. You can unsubscribe using the method described in those messages, or by emailing hello@brainstormsdeepsleep.com.
We do not ask for a payment card, billing address, or account password on this Site today. There is no user account to create. Publishing hello@brainstormsdeepsleep.com is not a promise that an inbox is staffed on a set schedule, or that every message will receive a reply.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our host and the Site software record ordinary server logs. Those logs typically include IP address, date and time, requested path, referrer, and browser or device user-agent. We use this for security, debugging, and operating the Site.
Cookie consent storage
The Site uses a first-party cookie consent tool. If you make a choice in that tool, we store the choice in first-party browser storage (localStorage key `xMarketing.consent`) so we can honor it on later visits. See the Cookie Policy (/legal/cookie-policy).
Analytics and similar tools (only with consent)
This Site is configured with Google Analytics 4 measurement id G-HW4XPQJ702. It must load only after you grant Analytics consent in the cookie consent tool. Until that wiring is verified in production, non-essential analytics should remain off. The Site may also use Marker.io (project id configured in marketing settings) after Analytics consent, for feedback or session tooling.
Do not read a network hub privacy page as a description of processors on this host.
What we do not collect on this Site today
This Site does not collect account credentials, payment cards, or a live purchase history. It does not run a logged-in product. Product checkout is Coming Soon / not live.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- operate, secure, and debug the Site;
- read and, when we do, respond to messages sent to hello@ or the contact form;
- send newsletter or Site updates if you opted in;
- honor cookie-consent choices;
- measure Site traffic with analytics only after Analytics consent;
- comply with law, including responding to privacy or copyright requests we actually receive.
We do not use Site information to bill a SaaS product or to authenticate an account that does not exist here.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information.
We share information only as needed to operate this Site, including:
- our website host (the Site is served on Vercel), which processes requests and logs;
- Google Analytics (only after Analytics consent), which may receive IP address, device, and usage data;
- Marker.io (only after Analytics consent), if enabled;
- Google Fonts or similar font CDNs, if the live page loads fonts from a third-party host and which may receive your IP address and browser information when a page loads;
- service providers who transmit or store contact-form submissions, newsletter signups, or email to hello@, if and when a message is actually sent; and
- authorities, when required by law or to protect the Site, our rights, or others.
We do not list payment or authentication vendors as live processors on this Site because those products are not live here.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site sets or uses cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy (/legal/cookie-policy). Optional analytics or marketing scripts load only if they are configured on this Site and you grant the matching consent.
Children privacy
The Site is for a general adult audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a child under 18 sent us personal information, we will use it only to tell them they cannot use the Site and to delete it where we can.
Retention
We keep server logs as needed to operate and secure the Site, then delete or overwrite them in the ordinary course of hosting. We keep contact and newsletter records as needed to understand the request, to respond or send updates if we do, and as required to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. There is no account-retention schedule because there are no accounts.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or port personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, subject to the limits and exceptions in applicable law (including comprehensive U.S. state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell personal information. You can refuse optional analytics and marketing cookies through the cookie consent tool.
California Shine the Light (Cal. Civ. Code section 1798.83)
California residents may request certain information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. To make a Shine the Light request, email hello@brainstormsdeepsleep.com with the subject line "Shine the Light Request" once per calendar year.
Limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (California)
If we collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, we use and disclose it only as necessary to provide the Site features you request, for security and fraud prevention, for short-term transient use, to perform services on your behalf, or as otherwise permitted by California law without a right to limit. Where California law gives you a right to limit further uses, email hello@brainstormsdeepsleep.com with the subject line "Limit Sensitive Personal Information."
Exercising your rights
To make a request, email hello@brainstormsdeepsleep.com. We may need enough information to find you in our records (typically the email you used and a description of the request). We will respond as required by applicable law. Publishing that address is not a promise of a staffed helpdesk or a fixed reply time beyond what the law requires.
If we deny a request, you may reply to that response to ask us to reconsider. You may also have the right to complain to a regulator that has jurisdiction over you.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send a Do Not Track (DNT) signal. The Site does not respond to DNT. Where required, we honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a request to opt out of "sale" and/or "sharing" / targeted advertising. You can also control optional cookies through the consent tool described in the Cookie Policy.
Location of processing
The Site is operated from the United States. Information we collect is processed in the United States. If you visit from another country, you do so on your own initiative. Information may be accessible to U.S. authorities as required by law.
Third-party websites
The Site links to third-party websites and platforms, including YouTube and (when used) merchant sites. Those sites have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for them.
